Rating-System

Every customer who has ordered here in the shop has the opportunity to leave a review - about our service or the product purchased.

For each review in the shop, the customer receives 1 euro, and for more than 250 written characters they receive 1.50 euros.

A maximum of 3 reviews per month (at 1 euro) or 2 reviews per month (at 1.50 euros) will be compensated.

Each customer then receives a message after the review: "Your credit bonus of EUR 1.00 is now available to you.

You can redeem your credit at any time for one of your next purchases." The amount will be credited to each customer the next time they log in to the shop.

You can then use this credit on your next order.

When you complete your order, you will then see the following information: "You still have credit in your customer account. If you would like to offset it against this order, please click on the following button." When you click on the button, the amount will be deducted from the total amount.
